Reservations
To make your reservations, please follow these instructions:
- Place a written reservation, specifying the type of rooms desired, number and type of meals to be served, conference-room facilities, including seat arrangements (theater or semicircle setup), and any additional services required
- Sign a conference contract
- Make a down payment of 40% of the estimated cost at the time specified in the contract (however, not later than 30 days prior to the event) by means of a wire transfer to the Hotel bank account as below:

- Documents required when paying by a wire transfer:
Business classification No REGON and a compiled summary of your business registration (KRS) or a copy of an entry in the register of entrepreneurs,
VAT tax declaration,
Authorization to issue a VAT invoice without a signature
